South Essex Gymnastics Centre

In 2011 The South Essex Gymnastics Centre moved into world class Basildon Sporting Village.  Here there is a superb, purpose built gymnastics facility and a team of experienced coaches offering exciting opportunities for all ages and abilities. South Essex Gymnastics Club provides opportunities for participation in:

• Rhythmic  
• Parents and Toddlers 
• Pre-School
• Adult
• Recreational Gymnastics

Since its beginning South Essex Gymnastics Centre has been one of the foremost Clubs in the country. The Club was recognised by British Gymnastics in 2001 when it was awarded High Performance Centre HPC status for Womens Artistic gymnastics as part of the Sport England's World Class Programme.

National Squad gymnasts from all over the South of England regularly attended sessions at the Centre under the direction of Vladimir Yanev who was appointed HPC National Coach based at South Essex Gymnastics Centre.  South Essex Gymnastics Centre is a British Gymnastics High Performance Centre.  There are plans for the facility to relocate to Basildon Sporting Village in good time for London 2012 Olympic Games.
