The River Lee Country Park is part of the 26-mile long, 10,000-acre Lee Valley Regional Park, which stretches from Hertfordshire, through Essex to the River Thames at East India Dock Basin
 

The Lee Valley White Water Centre is outside London, and therefore not on the London Underground network. It can be reached by National Rail from Liverpool Street station in central London to Cheshunt station.
