Olympic Venues

Hadleigh Farm

Hadleigh Castle

Hadleigh Farm is just 25 miles (40km) from the Olympic Park in Stratford and was chosen as the venue for the mountain biking events due its unique terrain; providing a technically challenging course for the world class competitors.

As a bespoke elite competition course for the London 2012 event the Hadleigh Farm venue is not open to the public to use. However plans are developing to retain the course and deliver a legacy for after 2012 which makes the most of everything this stunning and largely undiscovered part of South Essex has to offer.
