Schools are invited to legacy road shows with the Paralympic Lantern

Active Essex is touring the county with the Paralympic lantern. We will be offering Legacy Road shows to schools across the county where the format will include:
- Assembly presentation featuring the Paralympic lantern and a Team GB/Paralympic GB athlete inspirational talk (Subject to availability)
- 2 hour Paralympic themed session featuring cross curricular activities and a Paralympic sports taster practical.
- (30 students maximum)
- Information about disability awareness training and opportunities for schools, staff and young people
The Essex tour will be on the road from 8th October – 14th December 2012 – Be Part of It!
