Hadleigh Farm All Systems Go!

Essex County Council has recently concluded the legal agreements with The Salvation Army who own the land and the London 2012 Organising Committee relating to the London 2012 Olympic Mountain Biking venue at Hadleigh Farm.

Early planning work has now started and the County Council will be providing information to the local planning authority over the next few months in advance of the submission of a final planning application in the spring of 2010. The County Council in partnership with Castle Point Borough Council, has also announced plans for local engagement in the period running up to and beyond 2012, in order to ensure local people are kept informed and have the opportunity to help build the legacy from the event.
