Essex Future Stars Camp

From Friday 8th July – Sunday 10th July the University of Essex hosted the Future Stars Camp for gifted and talented young sports stars.
21 school children across Essex were chosen to participate in the camp by National Governing Bodies of Sport, they included badminton, boccia and cycling. During the weekend the school children participated in team building activities, sport specific training with sport coaches and African drumming workshop.
Team Essex Ambassador James Huckle attended the camp for a Q&A session with the school children.
