Mountain biking is not only an exciting and dramatic event at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games but an excellent way to keep fit and explore the stunning landscapes right here in Essex.
During The Games, Hadleigh Farm will be hosting the mountain biking events on a brand new course, created in the shadow of the historic Hadleigh Castle.
